The Big Idea: Making spaces more soulful.
Here's the big idea: Rather than trying to help lonely people, let's make sure the people we care about feel connected. Because if everyone feels connected, nobody can feel lonely.
It's not hard to do, but it does take some work. It means (really) checking-in with each other, sharing how we're (really) feeling, and celebrating each little victory together. It takes curiosity, kindness, and belief in the people we're with.
If we can make every family room, boardroom, and locker room a place where we feel deeply connected to others, not only can we send loneliness packing, we can all feel a little bit happier, live a little bit longer, and act a little bit less angry on twitter (maybe).
